Absolute rip-off and poor customer service. Be prepared to lose your appetitite with the quality of food and insistence by waiters on the Nelayan Grill along with its exorbitant prices. Also, be prepared for staff who ask you for payment while you are halfway into a song at the karaoke lounge, standing by while you rummage through your bags and wallets for money, and she won't even help you convert the amount to rupiah. Your rupiah is as good as useless there because everything is charged in SGD and the conversion rate is miserable at best. You will leave feeling cheated and angry. Be warned.
